✨ Looking back at 2025, this is the question that kept coming back.
Over 12 months, Sindora Living 欣岳年 grew from 400 to more than 1,300 units and beds under management. On paper, that is scale. In reality, it was a stress test of our beliefs.
The real challenge for our industry isn’t just growth. It is how you grow without turning ageing into a process and people into cases.
In 2025, the answer took shape across 3 different cities:
📍 Nanjing Our flagship community reached a new level of maturity. Occupancy followed engagement, not the other way around. From resident-run cafés to intergenerational and animal-assisted activities, daily life showed that Heartware drives performance. Safe, yes. But also social, stimulating, and genuinely worth living.
📍 Jinan Working with the local government forced us to confront a harder question. How do you make quality senior living accessible without diluting standards? We showed that dignity, consistency, and good design should not be luxuries. They should be the baseline.
📍 Foshan Just a few kilometres from Shenzhen and Hong Kong, our partnership with Ping An, China’s insurance giant, marked a different kind of milestone. Not just growth, but alignment. By combining operational rigour with a long-term financial ecosystem, we are building a community that connects care, prevention, and longevity risk management in a far more coherent way.
🛠️ Much of the real change, however, happened behind the scenes.
📱 TERESA 2.0 More than an end-to-end software platform, it is a decision–support system that helps teams move from reactive to predictive care. Early risk detection, better coordination, clearer priorities. The goal is simple: free up time and attention so our teams can spend more of it on human connection.
🧬 Healthy Longevity In 2025, we moved away from the passive idea of “accompanying decline.” We focus on evidence–based interventions, designed to extend healthspan. We work to preserve Autonomy and Dignity as measurable clinical outcomes, regardless of the cognitive or physical condition of the resident when they join us.
📘 The Book of Standards Nearly 1,000 pages. A blueprint for smart scaling. A way to codify what works, reduce operational risk, and make quality replicable across cities, cultures, and systems, without losing the individual.

Growth only makes sense if it reinforces the philosophy behind it. Otherwise, what is the point?
